Stayed at the Allandale when visited Hunter in 2009. One of the best Chardonnay tasted during that trip, have to say. Drinking this bottle brings back lots of good memory. It's sad it's not available in HK.

Nose: Banana, lemon, fresh cream, fresh, vanilla. Full body, very sweet, balanced acidity to cutting through the sweetness. Lots of sunshine in the glass.

I will go back for more...
