Grape Varieties: Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc

Nigel Chan: Deep colour showing some amber. Gentle touch of honey and apricot on the nose. On the palate there is controlled sweetness with chestnuts and vanilla flower; oily, high intensity, finishing with a fair length. Suitable to drink now, but could improve with 10 years' time.

琥珀般深沉的顏色。溫柔的蜂蜜和杏仁氣味。口感上有栗子和雲呢拿花的甜味；有點油膩，高強度，收結頗長。現已適合飲用，亦可陳年多10年時間。
